• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed due to a technical or human error.
• Payment cannot be verified or is declined.
• The order appears to be fraudulent or violates our Terms & Conditions.
• Delivery is not possible to the provided address.
• Any other unforeseen operational or legal reason.

If an order is cancelled by IndiaBelt.com after payment has been successfully received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval.
• The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at the discretion of IndiaBelt.com.

Modification of Orders

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address, contact details, product selection, size, color, or quantity may not be possible after order processing has begun.

Non-Cancellable Orders
